Fat Burning Fruits
Fruit has to be a major part of any Fat Burning diet.
Some fruits have enhanced fat burning properties than others.
In this post, I’m going to cover the TOP Fat Burning Fruits.
The usual Dose of Apples, Oranges, Pears are good enough.
But if your focusing on Fat Loss, you need to be eating the Highly Acidic fruits like:
Lemons, Lime, Pineapple, Blueberry.
The logic behind this is that the Higher the Acidity in food, the more it will burn all the crap floating around in your stomach that would otherwise, if left to their own devices would turn to fat.
My personal favorite is Pineapple, I eat a lot of this and quite frankly, have you ever tried to eat a Lemon or a Lime RAW?..it doesn’t go down well.
So, stick to Pineapples, Apples, Blueberries and Bananas.
Bananas are also great because they release energy almost instantly which in turns can speed up your rate of metabolism.
I recommend eating 5-7 portions of Fruit per day, they are packed full of Minerals and Antioxidants and are also a fantastic source of Fibre.
Additionally, you might add them into your breakfast cereals too.
