There are countless Brands of Whey Protein available to buy.
Walk into any Fitness shop anywhere in the world and you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Problem is, it’s pointless asking the Rep because all he’s going to tell you is to buy the one they need to sell this month.
Most will push you towards towards the most expensive or highest Revenue Whey Protein available.
Personally, I like this as my choice of the best whey protein for building muscle:
Scitec Nutrition 100% Ultra-Filtered Whey Protein. Vanilla Flavored.
It has a great Taste to it, it doesn’t have the usually “grainy” taste that leaves a hanging “aftertaste” in the back of your throat.
This one is smooth and easy to drink, doesn’t leave you feeling bloated like most other Whey Protein shakes.
I usually mix 1 scoop with 250ml of water. I personally don’t take it with Milk.
100% Whey Proteins Amino Acid Profile is excellent too.
It also helps with Post Workout Muscle Soreness too.
